Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy describes how payments and refunds are handled for purchases made through Goodisoft Technologies.

1. General Refund Terms

Payments made for digital services, training, or software development are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service has not started.
  • The client cancels within 48 hours of payment.
  • There is a proven service failure on our part.

2. Training Programs

Refunds for training sessions are permitted only if the request is made before the training has begun.

3. Software Development

Due to the nature of custom software development:

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued after design or development work has started.
  • If a project is canceled mid-way, payment for completed milestones will be deducted before any partial refund (if applicable).

4. Overpayment or Duplicate Charges

If you are mistakenly charged twice or overcharged, we will refund the excess amount after verification.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to info@goodisoft.com
  • Include proof of payment and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the same payment method used.

6. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a service has been fully delivered, no refund will be issued.
